Divert call acivated. If you can't reach me, text me. Sorry for the trouble but my Accept Call lists is only limited for few numbers. Meaning, my everyday people sahaja yang will be able to call me. Ye saya selfish. Be that way coz' some ungrateful people sanggup carik I sampai ke lubang cacing to ask for favors, but what do I get in return? NONE. Bila nak something call tak berhenti-henti tak kira masa. Kalau tak ada assignments or what not, ada kau nak carik aku? Bukan setakat tak tegur, senyum pon tak. FYI, its friggin' annoying and yes I don't like you.

WOW! It's been a while isn't it? Cuci mata jom since I just finished my midterm paper this evening. Heee! Pardon me for being CHEEKY or whatever you wanna call me. I'm bored, can't sleep after a long day in college today. So I end up checking out Megan Fox Emporio Armani ads. What ads? Hee hee. Check it.. check it out. 

 

 

Isn't she GORGEOUS???! I gotta admit that I don't really like her in the movies and I don't like her voice coz it sounds weird. But after seing THIS?? =P~ I like her pretty hair, and her TATOO! Not to mention the lingerie she's wearing. Daymnnnn! I'm very sure that they are very VERY expensive kan. If I say I want the lingeries caner? You guys will be like eh mengadanya kau! Rarrrr! Hey camon' lah, if Megan looks good it in, I'm sure they will make me look good also. Rite? Hahaha, tapi jangan beranganlah seeing me with these shots. Nak berangan, sila berangankan Megan ok bukan Yana. My hot meter is not at the same level as Megan's. :P

Status:Hiatus

Yana went HIATUS??? Again? Yes, I'd prefer to be a silent reader this few weeks rather than rumbling my own thoughts here. Reason? Ohh boi do I need a reason? Nahh.Yana MALAS actually. I've been spending my time with dear LOVE and friends lately. So agak gembira & malas untuk berblogging. Ahh, we are very near to the end of 2009. Say, IF I'm gonna be hiatus again...

Omg I spent my Saturday afternoon in COIT alone!! Yana, are you becoming a nerd? Hahaha. Well the answers would be, I'm bored to death in ILMU since there's no one in the house. Secondly, the internet sucks and so here I am downloading BBT & supernatural... YEY!  Last but not least, its really hot in ILMU so I stayed in COIT because its kinda cold and quiet. Again, I'm 'OLD' and boring. Duncha think???

T_T So not cool. Tsk.

Feel It In My Bones!

The moment I'm writing this entry, sweats are totally drippin from my forehead and yes.... luckily it doesn't drip on my keyboard. Heee, I won't wanna a leave a "selekeh" impression to ya'll. So what did I do till I'm sweating like hell???? To be honest, I'm BURNING fat!!! Wohoooo! Remember my previous entry about me gaining PLENTY of kilos? Haha... Dengan iltizam yang tinggi, I'm starting my new sem trying to burn some kilos. I'm not very 'fortunate' to go for a gym session like others. Then again, I like improvising. ^_^

I was gonna go for a swim in the evening but it rained. I'm so frustrated since I bought a new pair of goggles & swimming cap yesterday. Haeh never mind. I can swim another day. So here's what I did. Well you ladies might need a 2lb dumbbell and Tiesto featuring Tegan & Sara - Feel It In My Bones. If possible, turn it to the max volume! I swear its awesome!! A piece of advice, close the door.. you don't want your hommies to be mad atcha. :P

I did a 15mins session, just play the friggin cool song over & over. Don't forget to warm up OK!! For the first 5 mins, I did the dumbbell exercises. It could be anyway you want it to be. Solid 5 mins. The remaining 10 mins, I did my very own aerobic routines using the same song. Some jumping, kicking and punching will be a good combination. Who cares if it looks funny, you are doing it alone anyway. Most importantly, you get to sweat! Hehehe. Don't forget to cool off later.

I might ask my roomie to join me next time. This should be fun. ^_^
